Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as technical lead on the live install thread, running pre-install prep calls and managing shift handoff context.
  • •Troubleshoot issues mid-install across network configuration and connectivity (e.g., VLAN/DHCP/routing, IPSec tunnel failures, firewall failover, AP uplinks).
  • •Perform final sign-off before networks go live by validating hardware status, ISP quality, HA failover, and executing VLAN auto-config.
  • •Track installation progress across active deployments and proactively surface blockers to technical project managers and stakeholders.
  • •Close the feedback loop by identifying recurring failure patterns and partnering with Operations Engineering to ship playbooks, tooling, or product fixes.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in networking with the ability to quickly build technical fluency for field operations support.
  • •Troubleshoot network issues in real time during installs and drive resolution for what’s resolved vs escalated.
  • •Serve as a technical lead on the live install thread, including running pre-install prep calls and owning shift handoff.
  • •Maintain disciplined documentation and communicate clearly across technical and non-technical teams.
  • •Partner with Operations Engineering to identify recurring failure patterns and help ship playbooks, tooling, or product fixes.
