•Deliver tailored beauty consultations and product recommendations that meet each client’s needs.
•Demonstrate product expertise to educate and empower clients.
•Keep up with the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
•Support inventory, merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming environment.
•Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators while promoting inclusivity and teamwork.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 18.2 - 21.4 hourly

Key Requirements

•Previous experience providing excellent service and building client relationships in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment.
•Passion for beauty and trends, with a drive to empower clients’ confidence journeys.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work as a team in a collaborative, goal-oriented, inclusive environment.
•Ability to quickly learn and share product knowledge; physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
