Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the day-to-day operation of a ride or attraction, ensuring safety and wellbeing of guests and colleagues.
•Manage queuing systems for rides and attractions; supervise start-up and close-down procedures.
•Verify height measurements and ensure guests load and unload safely.
•Inspect ride restraints, safety belts, and equipment; ensure safety documentation is accurate and up to date.
•Communicate clearly with guests and staff; respond to downtimes and emergencies and maintain a clean, safe environment.

Key Requirements

•Excellent customer service and communication skills; able to engage guests and colleagues effectively.
•Ability to work in a team and on your own; maintain a positive, energetic attitude.
•Strong focus on safety; able to follow health and safety policies and operate rides safely.
•Able to stay focused during long shifts and manage working under pressure, including standing for extended periods.
•Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is desirable.
