Transit Design Manager - Bus Rapid Transit

Lead hands-on Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) design projects for multidisciplinary teams, serving as team lead, project manager, and/or discipline lead for planning studies through final design. Coordinate multimodal street design, prepare and quality-check engineering calculations/drawings, and develop PS&E package components including specifications, estimates, budgets, and schedules. Oversee entry-level engineers and contribute to business development while working hybrid from East Coast offices.
