Nurse In Charge - ER

Oversee and coordinate safe, appropriate, and effective patient care in the emergency department. Determine and implement nursing interventions based on assessment data, develop and revise plans of care, maintain real-time clinical records, and facilitate patient education. As charge nurse, manage daily unit operations, supervise and train nursing staff, support staffing for shifts, and ensure required emergency training (BLS/ACLS/PALS and triage) is completed. Provide advanced emergency life support and respond to critical codes.
