Implementation Manager

Lead complex, high-priority client implementations and conversions from the Mississauga, Ontario office, coordinating across product, engineering, sales, and vendor teams. Own project plans, schedules, and resource activities to deliver on-time milestones and quality outcomes, while driving continuous process improvements that streamline procedures, increase revenue, and improve product efficiency. Serve as the primary point of contact for most issues through initiation-to-closure delivery.
