Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide satellite technical support and maintenance for MDRT telecommunications transmission media systems, services, and network architecture.
  • •Handle planning, configuration, operation, maintenance, and documentation for MDRT architecture, network, systems, and associated equipment.
  • •Establish satellite connections using option files created for SAR and GAR requests.
  • •Monitor, track, report, and restore IT networks, managing system failure and routine support.
