Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead program governance cadence for UNNATI, including work package reviews, Steering Committee meetings, and management reviews.
  • •Maintain portfolio visibility across initiatives, milestones, dependencies, risks, and benefit realization; ensure governance compliance across the initiative lifecycle (IL1-IL5).
  • •Drive execution rigor by challenging initiative owners on progress, commitments, and delivery timelines; facilitate working sessions to resolve bottlenecks.
  • •Own portfolio performance management with KPIs, dashboards, forecasts, and management reporting; provide forward-looking insights on risks, gaps, and outlook.
  • •Partner with Finance Controllers to validate initiative benefits and reconcile business impacts; drive reporting automation, dashboard enhancement, and digitization for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •6-8 years of experience in Business Excellence, PMO, Consulting, Transformation, Finance, Operations, or Strategy roles.
  • •Experience in cross-functional program management and governance with strong portfolio execution discipline.
  • •Exposure to business case development, financial analysis, and value realization.
  • •Ability to engage senior business stakeholders and drive structured decision support through analyses and recommendations.
  • •Engineering, Commerce, Economics, Finance, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
