Job Summary

Design, build, and deploy generative AI and AI agent solutions for enterprise clients. Own end-to-end AI system architectures with scalable, secure integration, translating business requirements into technical designs. Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers across the AI project lifecycle, driving best practices in MLOps, AI governance, and ethical AI while advising clients on AI strategy and roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead development of advanced AI/ML systems, including Generative AI models and AI Agents, ensuring robust architecture, scalability, and integration.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into end-to-end AI solution architecture.
•Manage and mentor a team of AI engineers, driving delivery excellence and applying best practices in MLOps and AI governance.
•Research and apply cutting-edge Generative AI techniques, Large Language Models (LLMs), and autonomous AI Agents.
•Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on AI strategy, architecture, and implementation aligned to business objectives.

Key Requirements

•4+ years designing and implementing AI/ML solutions, including Generative AI models and AI Agents.
•Proven ability to define end-to-end AI solution architectures and integrate models into enterprise systems with scalability and security.
•Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML/AI frameworks.
•Hands-on MLOps experience, including model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
•Fluent English and Dutch or French.
