Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience as a product owner, product manager, or similar role within an issuer processor, acquirer, or card network platform.
  • •Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle and translating business requirements into functional activities with clear acceptance criteria.
  • •Experience collaborating with development teams in both mainframe and Java-based environments, including understanding technical constraints and tradeoffs.
  • •Proficiency in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies, using JIRA and Confluence (or similar work management tools).
  • •Strong communication and collaboration skills working effectively across product, engineering, QA, and client-facing teams.
