Legal Counsel (f/m/d) - Limited to 12 months (Frankfurt, DE, 60323)

Serve as a central legal interface for the EU Legal Department’s Business Legal International team, advising on commercial, regulatory, and contractual matters across regions. Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements including distribution and services agreements, MSAs, and investment management contracts. Support cross-functional initiatives, monitor German and European regulatory developments relevant to asset management, and help manage legal risk through internal policies and collaboration with stakeholders and external counsel.
