Key Responsibilities

  • •Apply process improvement methodologies to improve self-service, accelerate resolution, and scale processes across teams.
  • •Identify engineering and operational issues, determine root causes, and develop solutions for immediate mitigation and long-term improvement.
  • •Develop and maintain data analysis and tracking tools to monitor customer experience and operational performance.
  • •Coordinate with cross-functional partners to create effective feedback loops.
  • •Support project prioritization and execute projects to aggressive timelines with clear progress communication.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, or a STEM field.
  • •2+ years of experience in an operations, process improvement, manufacturing, and/or consulting environment.

  • •Proficiency with statistics, data analysis, and data visualization.
