  • •Oversee performance of major environmental site assessment and remediation programs/projects to achieve client satisfaction and internal KPIs.
  • •Drive business performance, govern risk issues, and develop solutions to client problems.
  • •Manage and coach approximately 50 department staff, including mentoring, succession planning, and performance evaluation.
  • •Collaborate with client and business leadership on budgeting, capture strategies, and growth of profitable backlog.
  • •Serve as an escalation point for project issues, aligning project management practices with AECOM systems and ensuring forecast/pipeline data accuracy.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
