Senior Legal Counsel, Employment

Provide senior employment law counsel for APAC, leading matters across Australia while supporting employment issues across New Zealand, Singapore, the Philippines, and the broader region. Advise on day-to-day employee and contingent workforce matters including performance, exits, investigations, and regulatory issues. Partner with People and cross-functional stakeholders to build scalable employment frameworks, manage legal risk, deliver guidance and training, and handle disputes with external counsel when needed.
