Job Summary

Own end-to-end growth for a scheduling and payroll platform serving 55,000+ restaurants, driving CAC, pipeline contribution, self-serve activation, and net revenue retention. Lead and develop a team of 4–5 growth marketers across paid, organic, lifecycle, web/CRO, and events, while setting acquisition and expansion strategies for both high-velocity low-ACV motion and targeted multi-touch MM SaaS plays. Partner with GTM Engineering to build AI-native automation and reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the growth number: CAC, pipeline contribution, self-serve activation, and net revenue retention contribution from customer marketing.
•Lead and develop a team of 4–5 growth marketers; set channel ownership and run a cadence tying weekly execution to quarterly targets.
•Set acquisition strategy across paid (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, programmatic), partnerships, events/webinars, direct mail, organic, and self-serve funnel optimization.
•Drive ACV expansion via customer marketing; partner with CS and Account Management on cross-sell, in-product nudges, and lifecycle programs.
•Partner with GTM Engineering to build an AI-native growth system: automation (spend reallocation, ICP-aware routing, signal-driven personalization) and automated reporting.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 179,000 - 219,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years in growth, performance, or demand generation, including at least 3 years managing a team of marketers in B2B SaaS.
•Develop marketers through clear expectations and performance management, including hiring and coaching experience.
•Run a meaningful annual budget ($2M+) across paid, lifecycle, web, and emerging channels with a track record of hitting CAC and pipeline targets.
•Operate across both high-velocity, low-ACV self-serve motion and traditional MM SaaS (ABM, multi-touch) with playbooks for each.
•Hands-on ability to write and optimize Google Ads/QBRs, debug tracking, and comfort building automations (Python/SQL/Zapier/LLM workflows).
