Job Summary

Lead fixed asset transactions and accounting activities within the Finance team and Shared Services Center, ensuring accurate fixed asset records and compliance with GAAP/IFRS/local GAAP. Manage the fixed asset register, process additions/disposals/transfers and depreciation, perform monthly/quarterly reconciliations, and support month-end close. Prepare audit documentation (including SOX), strengthen internal controls, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help drive process improvements and ERP integrations.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain and operate the Fixed Asset Register, ensuring accurate tracking, classification, and reporting of fixed assets.
•Process fixed asset transactions including additions, disposals, transfers, impairments, adjustments, and depreciation in line with company policy and accounting standards.
•Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations between fixed assets and the general ledger and support timely close.
•Support internal and external audit requirements by preparing reports/documentation and ensuring compliance with SOX policies.
•Coordinate with cross-functional teams and implement strong internal controls while driving continuous improvement, including automation initiatives and ERP system integration support.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (required).
•5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
•Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls.
•Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Hyperion and SmartView).
•Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis) and excellent analytical/communication skills.
