Associate People Operations - 6 month contract

Own end-to-end HR onboarding and offboarding operations, coordinating document collection, pre-boarding welcome calls, and accurate updates across onboarding trackers, HR dashboards, and HRIS systems. Partner with PROs on UAE labor contract and work permit formalities via MOHRE/ICP, ensure medical insurance and benefits enrollment, manage SIM card issuance, and coordinate with Payroll for final settlements. Serve as the first point of contact for HR operations queries and support audits, compliance, and automation improvements.
