Key Responsibilities

  • •Process SBM machine systems within process guidelines and work with the shift to maximize production requirements.
  • •Ensure product quality meets customer specifications and review daily production performance against efficiency goals.
  • •Serve as an example for housekeeping and safety standards, including communicating deviations and reporting safety concerns.
  • •Work with maintenance staff to ensure mechanical issues are corrected.
  • •Maintain the Food Safety Program (GMP) and complete other assigned duties.

Key Requirements

  • •Verify quality of finished product using measurement/visual control plan standards and properly react to issues.
  • •Demonstrate working knowledge of dryers and respond to out-of-control conditions.
  • •Understand and follow safety procedures including LOTO and correct propane torch and safety latch procedures.
  • •Demonstrate ability to monitor and verify process parameters (heats, injection pressures, cycle time variation, and air/water pressures) against documents/set points.
  • •Perform daily PM compliance and required procedures, including purging and burn out procedures.
