Key Responsibilities

  • •Research and facilitate improvements to operations and material groups by providing data and tools to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • •Lead and support packaging and continuous improvement initiatives, including packaging studies, development of packaging standards, and enhancements to existing packaging.
  • •Provide weekly Packaging Inventory updates and recommendations based on usage.
  • •Review and update Packaging Instructions in in-house systems and SAP.
  • •Coordinate, monitor, and analyze material flow based on schedules.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Engineering or related field (experience may be considered in lieu of education)
  • •Background in Logistics, Engineering, or Packaging with strong customer service, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities
  • •Experience in documentation of processes, process changes, and gathering project-specific requirements
  • •Fluent English and Czech language skills
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, SAP (AOS) systems; MTM analysis preferred; knowledge of Lean tools (VSM, CI, Kaizen, 6 Sigma)
