Key Responsibilities

  • •Build AI agents, workflows, tools, and automations to solve customer, product, and operations problems.
  • •Apply LLMs, retrieval, tool calling, evaluations, guardrails, and automation to practical financial workflows.
  • •Create AI-assisted experiences for onboarding, support, KYC, risk review, CRM, operations, document handling, and product intelligence.
  • •Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify what to build and ship improvements in production.
  • •Design around constraints including accuracy, hallucination risk, latency, cost, security, compliance, and user trust.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on engineering ability to build AI-native, production-owned systems (not just strategy or management).
  • •Experience building AI agents, LLM apps, RAG systems, automation workflows, copilots, or AI-enabled tools.
  • •Strong coding skills in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or a similar practical stack.
  • •Ability to apply good judgment to decide what should and should not be automated.
  • •Experience shipping working systems with testing, quality, and improving reliability over time.
