Job Summary

Build AI-native systems for BJAK’s AI Neobank app, turning real workflows into reliable automation. You’ll create AI agents, LLM applications, and RAG-based tools for onboarding, support, KYC, risk review, CRM, and document handling. Partner with product and engineering teams to identify high-impact problems, ship quickly, and improve production performance while accounting for accuracy, hallucination risk, latency, cost, security, compliance, and user trust.

Job Function: Data Science & Machine Learning

Key Responsibilities

•Build AI agents, workflows, tools, and automations to solve customer, product, and operations problems.
•Apply LLMs, retrieval, tool calling, evaluations, guardrails, and automation to practical financial workflows.
•Create AI-assisted experiences for onboarding, support, KYC, risk review, CRM, operations, document handling, and product intelligence.
•Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify what to build and ship improvements in production.
•Design around constraints including accuracy, hallucination risk, latency, cost, security, compliance, and user trust.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on engineering ability to build AI-native, production-owned systems (not just strategy or management).
•Experience building AI agents, LLM apps, RAG systems, automation workflows, copilots, or AI-enabled tools.
•Strong coding skills in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or a similar practical stack.
•Ability to apply good judgment to decide what should and should not be automated.
•Experience shipping working systems with testing, quality, and improving reliability over time.
