Job Summary

Lead and manage structural analysis projects supporting aerospace structural integrity, performance, and certification. Perform advanced aircraft component and system analyses using analytical and finite element methods, evaluate load paths for metallic and composite structures, and conduct reviews for static strength, durability, damage tolerance, and related system areas. Prepare technical reports for design and certification, collaborate with international engineering teams, provide guidance to lower-level engineers, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage moderately sized structural analysis projects with significant impact on organizational objectives.
•Perform advanced structural analyses for aircraft components and systems using analytical and finite element methods.
•Evaluate load paths and support airframe design activities involving metallic and composite structures.
•Conduct and review analyses for static strength, durability (LCF/HCF), damage tolerance, EBU, actuation systems, and nacelle structures.
•Prepare technical reports, presentations, and engineering documentation to support design decisions and certification activities, collaborating with international teams and mentoring lower-level engineers.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in Mechatronics, Mechanics, or Aerospace.
•Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
•Proficiency with FEM tools including Nastran, Patran, HyperMesh, and hand calculations.
•Experience analyzing aircraft structural components, including static strength, durability (LCF/HCF), damage tolerance, EBU, actuation systems, and nacelle analysis.
