Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete the 14-week Graduate Training Program before assuming Associate Account Manager responsibilities.
  • •Sell HVAC equipment and building management controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
  • •Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners/developers on design, application, and sales of equipment, controls, parts, and services.
  • •Build and maintain customer relationships by understanding needs across a full sales cycle.
  • •Create and execute territory sales plans and growth strategies to meet sales targets and secure design wins.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any engineering area), completed prior to the Graduate Training Program start date.
  • •Passion for continuous learning in technical fields to understand and communicate engineering solutions.
  • •Prior internship experience with Trane Technologies or ability to start in-office work 3 months before the GTP start date.
  • •Legal right to work in Canada.
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with proof of insurance and no major/frequent traffic violations (e.g., DUI, hit & run, reckless/careless driving).
