Job Summary

Lead the DN/AI Growth Segment by acquiring and expanding Cloudflare’s fastest-growing Startup accounts. Own quarterly revenue targets, recruit and develop a high-tempo sales team, and articulate Cloudflare’s connectivity cloud value proposition across Workers AI, R2 storage, network security, and developer platforms. Partner with Product, Growth, and Marketing to convert self-serve developer usage into enterprise agreements, while serving as an executive sponsor to startups, founders, and VC partners.

•Own and exceed quarterly revenue targets by driving new logo acquisition and strategic account expansion in the AI and startup ecosystem.
•Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team with a high-tempo, execution-oriented culture for technical buyers.
•Articulate Cloudflare’s value proposition across the connectivity cloud, including Workers AI, R2 storage, network security, and developer platforms.
•Partner with Product, Growth, and Marketing to convert self-serve developer usage into structured enterprise agreements.
•Serve as an executive sponsor for high-growth startups, founders, and VC partners, positioning Cloudflare as foundational infrastructure for the next generation of tech.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 361,000 - 496,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Active connections in tech startup and venture capital ecosystems to engage high-potential accounts early.
•Hands-on experience with hybrid sales models combining product-led growth and top-down enterprise execution.
