Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver high-quality electrical systems engineering designs, drawings, specifications, and reports to required regulations for building projects.
  • •Develop and maintain electrical engineering technical capabilities; initiate and participate in design peer reviews and ensure internal quality procedures are followed.
  • •Model and engineer external utility services including conduits for cabling and telecommunications services.
  • •Use technical software and BIM workflows to create and coordinate Revit models (e.g., containment, power, lighting, ELV), including scheduling, work sets/links, and sheet setup.
  • •Manage project delivery and leadership on selected projects as project manager, including risk management, meeting programs/deadlines, and ensuring statutory/regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • •Minimum of 8 years relevant work experience.
  • •Strong capability in Electrical Systems design for the Property and Building sector, including feasibility studies through detailed design, specification, and tender.
  • •Hands-on experience with drafting/3D modelling tools such as AutoCAD and MEP Revit, with strong working knowledge of Revit (2021+).
  • •Experience delivering international projects and producing detailed drawings from sketches.
