Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure compliance with global policies and support S2P strategic initiatives while overseeing Accounts Payable operations for the region.
  • •Manage AP activities including postings, vendor reconciliations, and month-end close; serve as an escalation point for process-related issues.
  • •Lead business performance reviews and implement action plans aligned with market needs and S2P procedures.
  • •Manage, coach, train, and develop the AP team, including hiring, onboarding, and performance appraisal guidance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.

  • •Solid knowledge of S2P topics including Order Management, Accounts Payable, Payments, vendor contact, and procurement compliance.
  • •Excellent stakeholder management with strong influencing, analytical, and numerical capabilities.
  • •Demonstrated experience in people management and leading medium-sized teams.
