Job Summary

Plan and direct maintenance team activities to support manufacturing operations, resolving safety, quality, and production issues while minimizing unplanned downtime. Drive preventative maintenance and planning, coordinate emergency response processes, and help develop and implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). Lead TPM/TPR initiatives across preventive and predictive maintenance, CMMS use, continuous improvement, and 5S. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and industrial regulations and develop direct reports through coaching and performance planning.

•Plan and direct maintenance team activities to provide ongoing manufacturing support and resolve safety, quality, and production issues.
•Ensure compliance with applicable environmental, health, safety, and industrial regulations.
•Provide training, coaching, performance planning, and feedback to develop direct reports and others.
•Support development and implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) systems, including emergency response processes and systems.
•Lead TPM/TPR initiatives (preventive/predictive maintenance, CMMS use, continuous process improvement, and 5S) and assign maintenance projects to reduce downtime and operating cost.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,300 - 112,448 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor degree required; Masters Degree, Six Sigma Blackbelt or Greenbelt certification is a plus.
•3+ years of experience in plant maintenance/engineering leadership with proven leadership and influence skills.
•Experience developing, implementing, and assessing a TPM program.
•Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, including AC/DC drives and PLC logic with motor controls.
•Proficiency with Google Apps, MS Office, and AutoCAD; working knowledge of inventory maintenance procedures.
