Regional Learning Manager, Learning Operations

Lead regional learning strategy and execution across Dispense & Fulfillment, Compounding, and Diagnostics operations. Own a portfolio of sites, build and develop a high-performing learning team, and deliver blended learning programs tied to compliance, safety, and operational performance. Partner with Quality, Regulatory Compliance, Pharmacy SMEs, and senior leadership to close skill gaps, manage LMS and continuous improvement (kaizens), and measure impact through KPIs and ROI. Travel to sites as needed.
