Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement learning strategies aligned to business objectives across Dispense & Fulfillment, Compounding, and Diagnostics operations.
  • •Lead, mentor, and develop a team of learning professionals to drive quality, continuous improvement, and accountability.
  • •Ensure training programs comply with regulatory requirements including FDA, state boards of pharmacy, and applicable USP standards.
  • •Oversee design and delivery of blended learning programs and lead learning kaizens, new program launches, and LMS projects.
  • •Develop and track KPIs, manage learning budgets, and report learning effectiveness and business impact to senior leadership; travel to sites as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related.
  • •Active CPhT (Certified Pharmacy Technician) certification required.
  • •10+ years of progressive learning and development experience, including 3+ years leading teams across multiple locations.
  • •Proven experience developing learning strategies that drive measurable business results in regulated environments.
  • •Demonstrated understanding of FDA regulations, cGMP requirements, and USP standards as they relate to training and competency assessment.
