Job Summary

Manage trade enrichment and trade lifecycle events for Interest Rates and Credit Derivatives, supporting Front Office and onshore Operations. Establish trade allocations, capture risk in internal systems, and escalate issues to trading and sales while resolving problems under tight timelines. Serve as a regional SME for new system/process specifications, help implement controls within the GM control framework, support regulatory effectiveness, and contribute to change initiatives with IT to improve automation and STP.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide trade enrichment and trade lifecycle event management services for Interest Rates and Credit Derivatives trades to Front Office and onshore Operations as Middle Office Desk Support.
•Establish trade allocation with proper risk capture in internal systems and escalate issues to trading and sales.
•Provide dedicated support to trading desks across Fixed Income products, acting as primary contact to internal and external clients for quality service and operational risk/cost efficiency.
•Input into change initiatives, coordinate with IT to increase automation and controls, and assist in building robust controls aligned with the GDM Control Framework and Middle Office TOM.
•Act as a regional SME and point of escalation for Front Office queries, driving innovation and continuous process improvements to minimize operational risk.

Key Requirements

•Provide trade enrichment and manage trade lifecycle events for Interest Rates and Credit Derivatives trades as Middle Office Desk Support.
•Establish trade allocation, ensure risk is captured in internal systems, and escalate issues to trading and sales while managing deal closure timelines.
•Work effectively in Investment Banking/Wholesale Banking with exposure to derivatives trade lifecycle/front-to-back processes and at least 2 years in derivatives trade control or desk support.
•Demonstrate strong trade validation and attention to detail, with knowledge of trade-level reconciliation and investigation (preferred).
•Have a minimum bachelor’s degree and working knowledge of rates or credit derivative products (including Bonds, Futures and Repo), plus experience with trading systems.
