Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive architecture and technical design discussions for platform services.
  • •Design and implement scalable, reliable, secure, and maintainable cloud-native backend services.
  • •Own complex technical topics end-to-end, from analysis and design to implementation and delivery.
  • •Contribute to platform architecture decisions for lifecycle, provisioning, credentials, configuration, resiliency, and operational readiness.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve production and development issues; review code/design and mentor junior developers to improve technical maturity.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or related technical fields.
  • •Strong hands-on backend/platform engineering experience with excellent programming skills, preferably Java and/or Go.
  • •Experience designing and building cloud-native distributed systems, including Kubernetes and containerized applications.
  • •Strong understanding of algorithms and software architecture principles, including object-oriented design and design patterns.
  • •Hands-on experience with CI/CD, code review, test-driven development, and software quality assurance (unit/integration testing and automation).
