Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and manage NPI execution activities as a product integrator to support development, implementation, and ramp of new technologies or products for external customers.
  • •Coordinate NPI build execution as the primary coordination point across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain for successful product startup.
  • •Develop and manage detailed NPI execution plans, including tasks, dependencies, estimates, and project schedule tracking.
  • •Track and publish performance against schedule, ensuring achievement of critical success indicators (CSIs) across NPI milestones.
  • •Ensure manufacturing readiness by coordinating system setup, process flow definition, material readiness, and capacity availability; document readiness deliverables and support factory qualification documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in NPI, manufacturing, technology transfer, or related engineering roles.
  • •Knowledge of Assembly and/or Test processes, TD transfer methodologies, and statistical data analysis.
  • •Strong collaboration skills working effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • •Good English verbal and written communication skills, with strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
