Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and continuously improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all building systems (HVAC, MV/LV electrical, plumbing, BMS, fire & life safety, security, automation, pumping stations, structural elements, etc.).
  • •Ensure optimal performance and reliability of all technical installations, minimizing downtime and operational disruption.
  • •Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for recurring technical failures.
  • •Maintain accurate maintenance logs, technical documentation, and asset history records.
  • •Lead, mentor, and supervise the engineering and maintenance team, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, service excellence, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within luxury hotels or high-end resorts.
  • •Proven experience managing engineering teams.
  • •Strong knowledge of MV/LV electrical systems, HVAC systems, Building Management Systems (BMS), Automation & security systems, Pumping stations & water systems, Fire & life safety systems.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
