Operations Management

Support TKM-related daily operations and help monitor operational processes to remove blockers to goals. Own BOM maintenance and the setup process for new Contract/Eval/Demo kits, including BOM changes. Drive continuous improvement, coordinate project activities from planning through implementation, and maintain tracking artifacts like reports and schedules. Align internal resource progress to hit on-time and budget performance, and interface with stakeholders and suppliers to resolve escalations.
