Key Responsibilities

  • •Own B2B strategy and drive TI sales and share expansion for assigned accounts.
  • •Co-develop and execute growth strategies with FAE based on customer understanding.
  • •Propose appropriate solutions aligned to customer development plans and business requirements.
  • •Create annual revenue plans and monitor/analyze monthly attainment against targets.
  • •Manage projects from order through delivery, including proposals, pricing negotiation, and customer documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Sales experience in the semiconductor IC industry.
  • •Japanese business-level fluency and English ability for daily conversation (TOEIC around 600 or higher).
