Technical Adoption Manager (TAM) to guide customers in adopting VMware Cloud Foundation, onboard and drive consumption, and deliver value through structured engagement plans. You’ll act as a trusted advisor across enterprise accounts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to map customer goals to VMware solutions, and present progress in quarterly reviews from Bangalore/Mumbai regions.

Key Responsibilities

•Onboard assigned customers and guide them through the VMware Cloud Foundation adoption journey, ensuring rapid realization of business value.
•Develop and execute a structured Success Plan with customer objectives, milestones, and outcomes aligned to business goals.
•Collaborate with Account Directors, Solution Architects, and Partner resources to drive consumption and adoption, delivering value across the customer journey.
•Create and present quarterly Business Reviews to communicate progress, outcomes, and ROI to customer executives.
•Maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, translating technical goals into business impact and facilitating long-term success.

Travel: Extensive travel

Salary: INR 3,000,000 - 4,000,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree
•12+ years related experience in enterprise technology or virtualization
•VMware Cloud Foundation knowledge and hands-on experience with its components (vSphere, vSAN, NSX, HCX, VCF Operations)
•VMware Cloud Foundation Certification (VCP-VCF Administration/Architect, VCAP, or VCP/VCAP)
•Willingness to travel up to 100% to customer sites (Mumbai region) and participate in local/conference travel
