Key Responsibilities

  • •Support factories and warehouses with Mark, Pack, and Labeling requirements, including on-call support, data management, and quality.
  • •Design business process flows with stakeholders and create documentation such as business process diagrams, flowcharts, functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.
  • •Participate in end-to-end business process testing and validation for complex implementations.
  • •Contribute to training, business process change management, and reporting/analytics.
  • •Work with subject matter experts, vendors, and partner organizations to gather requirements, map processes, test, document, and train for project milestones.

Key Requirements
