Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a multi-functional team through development of new products from concept through manufacturing implementation and commercial launch.
  • •Own execution of the project plan, driving decisions to deliver on time, within budget, and within scope.
  • •Oversee product and tooling design activities including ideation sessions, competitive analysis, design requirements documentation, DFMEA, and design reviews.
  • •Coordinate the technical development plan to support the product line manager’s RFQ or business case inputs, including cost and capital equipment and technology evaluation.
  • •Ensure adherence to Berry/industry/regulatory procedures and manage Stage Gate, ISO, and Management of Change processes while reporting deviations to senior management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • •Relevant experience in product development and manufacturing of bottles.
  • •Experience with multi-process methods including EBM, SBM, and RHB.
  • •Knowledge of statistical methods and programs such as SPC/DOE/MiniTab.
  • •Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
