Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and evolve Sophos Life and employee engagement communications through consistent storytelling, recognition, connection, and engagement programs.
  • •Develop and deliver internal communications plans aligned to business priorities, and maintain the internal communications editorial calendar.
  • •Partner with senior leaders to create leadership communications and advise stakeholders on audiences, messaging, tone, timing, and channels.
  • •Create change and strategic communications for organizational changes and initiatives, translating complex topics into clear employee-facing materials.
  • •Create and manage content across intranet, email, newsletters, employee campaigns, and digital channels; measure impact using analytics and employee feedback and improve effectiveness.

  • •Significant experience in internal communications, employee engagement, corporate communications, or a related discipline.
  • •Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver communications strategies in a complex organization.
