Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive post-silicon Sensor Fusion Hub (SFH) solution enablement from bring-up to product for AMD’s newest client APU products, coordinating cross-functional delivery across IP, BIOS, SFH firmware, drivers, and OEM engagements.
  • •Develop and manage sensor feature lists and BU functional test plans (e.g., accelerometer, gyroscope, magnetometer, ambient light/color, human presence detection, ToF).
  • •Review and approve IP and system validation test plans; coordinate platform sensor test coverage and strategy across I2C/I3C interfaces and ACPI power states.
  • •Bring-up and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable sensors and deliver SFH solutions; own end-to-end SFH/sensor/firmware/driver issue debugging from triage through closure.
  • •Validate sensor accuracy and reliability using robotic-arm/gyro-table/motion-simulation infrastructure and drive ACPI stress and HLK/certification readiness, including customer technical support for OEM partners.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CNY 292,110 - 417,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of x86 client computer hardware architecture and APU sub-systems.
  • •Strong knowledge of Windows; Linux exposure is a plus.
  • •Hands-on experience with platform sensor solutions (sensor hub/MCU firmware, ACPI/HID integration, and sensor driver stack such as KMDF/UMDF, SPB-I2C, I3C).
  • •Understanding of sensor bus/interface protocols (I2C, I3C, MIPI) and sensor calibration/fusion concepts (orientation, motion, HPD).
  • •Experience developing and executing bring-up and feature validation test plans with strong debug skills across HW/FW/driver/OS layers; team leader/project leader experience required.
