Job Summary

Ensure client infrastructures remain secure, stable, and operational as a Security Managed Services engineer. You will handle complex third-line support, proactively identify and resolve technical incidents, perform checks and monitoring, and maintain SLA compliance. The role includes root-cause analysis for critical issues, creating knowledge articles, training junior team members, supporting automation efforts, and contributing to operational improvements and disaster recovery readiness.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively identify and resolve technical incidents, including performing necessary checks and using monitoring tools to keep systems running smoothly.
•Ensure client infrastructure is correctly configured, installed, tested, and operational from the start, maintaining zero missed SLA conditions.
•Conduct root-cause analysis for incidents and problems using third-line support and implement advanced solutions for complex tickets.
•Create knowledge articles for frequent tasks/issues and train junior team members in executing those tasks.
•Provide inputs to automation efforts, coach/mentor junior members, and help deliver projects and disaster recovery functions within the technology domain.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience handling complex security infrastructure in a managed services environment.
•Strong IT engineering background, preferably within medium to large ICT organizations.
•Deep working knowledge of ITIL processes.
•Ability to plan activities and projects in advance with a client-focused approach.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing (or equivalent work experience).
