Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly manage and develop a team of registered nurses and other clinical staff, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and professional development.
  • •Own scheduling, coverage, and workflow management for the telemedicine clinic, resolving bottlenecks that impact patient or provider experience.
  • •Serve as the operational owner of the EMR, including configuration and upkeep of clinical content in partnership with clinical leadership.
  • •Own clinical operations queues and workflows (including chat operations, coverage assignment, labs, and faxing) with clear escalation paths and follow-through.
  • •Track and report operational KPIs (visit volume, wait times, no-show rates, SLA compliance) and support quality assurance activities including chart/documentation review.
