•Lead, mentor, and grow a team of research scientists and engineers working on GenAI initiatives (evaluation, post-training, agents, and RL environments).
•Define and drive a multi-year research roadmap with key scientific questions, milestones, resource allocation, and rigorous execution.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, client-facing teams, and external academic/industry partners to translate research into components and actionable outcomes.
•Communicate externally by publishing research, presenting at conferences, engaging in open-source contributions, and representing the team.
•Drive an inclusive, high-performing culture and stay connected to research trends to help set direction for next-generation AI.

Salary: USD 290,400 - 363,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of hands-on research experience (PhD or equivalent preferred) in machine learning, deep learning, generative models, or agent/RL systems.
•Strong research record with publications in top-tier ML/AI venues (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL).
•Experience landing major research impacts in a fast-paced environment.
•Experience leading or managing research teams and mentoring/coaching talent.
•Excellent written and verbal communication to articulate research ideas and outcomes to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
