Job Summary

Lead the Shipping & Receiving team to coordinate day-to-day shipping and warehousing activities. Schedule resources and technicians to ensure materials are shipped and received correctly, staged and labeled properly, and that inventory is controlled. Maintain a safe, clean warehouse environment, oversee equipment readiness and hazardous materials handling, and collaborate with QA, Maintenance, and EHS to support timely shipment of finished goods and roll stock.

Key Responsibilities

•Direct Shipping and Receiving General Technicians to ensure all materials are scheduled correctly and shipped/received in good order.
•Assign work tasks based on delivery schedules, set loads to be shipped, and ensure recycled material is weighed, staged, and shipped correctly.
•Coordinate with QA for shipment after GC testing, ensuring finished goods are ready with correct labeling, banding, warehousing, staging, and overage storage.
•Support inventory control (including roll stock) by maintaining organization of storage areas and scanning roll stock into Pecas Inventory; inspect incoming materials for accurate, damage-free receipt.
•Maintain safety and cleanliness across warehouse and docks, direct compactor/Baler room procedures, support equipment maintenance, and ensure safe battery charging and replacement.

Key Requirements

•High School diploma (or GED) and 1–3 years of related production experience and/or training (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
•Very good mechanical and physical ability.
•Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and meet physical demands including prolonged standing and frequent bending, reaching, climbing, and kneeling.
•Ability to rotate shifts and work in excess of 8 hours per day and/or 40 hours per week when needed.
•Comply with personal protection procedures and follow established guidelines for hazardous materials/waste handling.
