Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Deliver compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health services for children with autism and developmental disabilities. Conduct assessments, develop individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans, and provide one-on-one therapy and family support. Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation. Stay current on research and best practices while working in-person in Bennington, VT on a part-time 20-hour/week schedule.
