Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with HRBPs, Legal, and Inclusion to design and embed ER guidelines and scalable workflows.
  • •Lead and manage complex employee matters (performance, sickness, disciplinary, investigations) with timely, well-documented, legally sound outcomes.
  • •Collaborate with Legal and HRBPs to ensure alignment with employment law across EMEA jurisdictions.
  • •Track and analyze employee relations trends to identify patterns, surface risks, and measure intervention impact.
  • •Advise people managers and exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations while maintaining a consistent ER approach.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in employee relations or HR, focused on performance management, investigations, and risk mitigation.
  • •Strong knowledge of employment law and the ability to apply it to practical, business-focused solutions.
  • •Experience developing and implementing scalable employee relations processes.
  • •Previous employee relations experience in the Netherlands, United Kingdom, or Poland; exposure to other EMEA markets is a bonus.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
