Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform diversified sub-assembly and light-to-heavy duty assembly operations on the switchgear product line.
  • •Set up the workstation, operate independently or as part of a group, and follow established working procedures.
  • •Use bill of materials and prints to complete fitting/alignment work and perform on a repetitive basis.
  • •Complete paperwork, enter labor, confirm production, and move products to outgoing materials zones.
  • •Screen defective parts, make adjustments, report concerns to Team Leader/Supervisor, and support QA/Engineering for problem-solving as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 6 months of previous manufacturing, military, or related experience.
