Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives and optimizing productivity and efficiency.
  • •Ensure engagement with customers and provide a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
  • •Build and maintain client relationships daily and resolve client needs quickly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • •Analyze reports with leadership to strategize and support action plans focused on deficient areas and growth opportunities.
