Serve as a financial concierge for walk-in customers, delivering exemplary customer service while accurately processing transactions and balancing daily. Retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and needs, recommending deposit and other banking products, and following a disciplined sales process through referrals and outbound follow-up. Educate customers on consumer deposit products and refer them to other bank areas to deepen relationships while following operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.
