Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver strong client experience by engaging with clients and teammates and understanding the impact of interactions.
  • •Identify financial wellness opportunities during in-person and phone conversations and provide customized recommendations.
  • •Open consumer and business accounts and deposit/lending products, including checking, small business accounts, home equity, unsecured lending, and CDs.
  • •Achieve individual activity/behavior/outcome goals and manage internal/external centers of influence to acquire and expand relationships.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, and support branch operations (including teller transactions) as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •1+ year experience building and growing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and developing referral sources; sales experience is more important than financial services experience.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques such as tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Comfort interacting with small business clients, overcoming objection, and asking fact-finding questions (preferred).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products like Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web) to educate clients (required).
