Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and maintain well-defined project plans with key milestones, responsibilities, resources, and detailed low-level activities.
  • •Track and report project status, proactively identify risks/issues/dependencies, and escalate them with mitigation plans through governance forums.
  • •Manage change control and change adoption to ensure baseline changes are handled via change requests and changes “land well” for benefits realization.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to provide regular updates, obtain buy-in, and promote accountability for project quality while identifying delivery improvement opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •In-depth understanding of the project lifecycle and change adoption techniques.
  • •Hands-on experience executing projects in an agile framework using tools such as Clarity, JIRA, MS Project, and Confluence.
  • •Relevant experience delivering complex retail banking transformation initiatives (e.g., mobile journeys, digital banking, channel management, customer experience).
