Region Senior Relationship Banker

Lead sales, service, and operational performance across Region Banking Centers by providing leadership support and stepping in for the Banking Center Manager when needed. Partner with existing clients and prospects to deepen share of wallet and grow market share, while coaching and mentoring banking center staff. Process routine transactions, support audits and operational standards, ensure compliance with federal/state laws and bank policies, and use lead management tools like Salesforce to document activities and drive results.
